We ship worldwide. No returns or refunds can be issued, and all sales are final.

We use USPS.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be shipped with 7 business days. Please be aware that during promotional periods and public holidays, there may be an additional 1-2 days handling time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening, please look out for any delivery attempt notifications. 

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from CARISSIMO, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.
