Offered and displayed through RM Sotheby’s, this remarkable Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport represents one of the ultimate expressions of the 991 generation—an exclusive, track-only masterpiece owned and driven by Max Verstappen himself.

Chassis 065 of just 200 examples built was delivered new to Verstappen in August 2019, accompanied by a spare-wheel package and trackside support from the renowned Dutch racing outfit GP Elite, known for their work in the Porsche Carrera Cup and Mobil 1 Supercup. Both Max and his father Jos Verstappen, also a former Formula One driver, drove the car during a private test session at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in January 2020, featured in the documentary Max Verstappen: Whatever It Takes.

Verstappen personally signed the car in three locations—on the dashboard, hood, and within the engine bay—and his name appears on the digital dash display alongside his manager Raymond Vermeulen. A copy of the original bill of sale and period photographs of Verstappen with the car accompany the file.

Imported from Belgium to the United States in 2022, the car has seen minimal use since, showing only 2,190 kilometers from new at the time of cataloguing.

Developed and hand-assembled at Porsche’s Flacht motorsport facility, the GT2 RS Clubsport was described by Porsche as “the most powerful, non-street-legal, GT customer sports car we’ve ever built.” It shares its DNA with the road-going GT2 RS but adds a freer-flowing exhaust, full race suspension, and safety systems derived from the factory 911 GT3 Cup and RSR programs.
